So mieko14 decided to try yet a new Korean dish. Consider it a Korean
version (therefore beef-based) chicken and dumplings. How was the

It was a good first try...but now I'm sure that what we ate in Korea wasn't beef broth - probably clam-based instead. I'll have to reverse engineer this one to get it right!
